Our work

Three Florida businesses. Three different sites.

A blinds company, a mobile detailer and a bookstore cafe don't need the same website. Each one was built around its own customers and the place it serves. Open a demo and click around.

Take a drive

Welcome to Main Street.

Pick up calls and reviews as you drive. Collect enough and the empty lot builds itself into a shop. Pull up to any door to walk into its website.

Calls 0/10 Reviews 0/5 Turbo
Click here, then drive with arrow keys or WASD. Space honks, Shift is turbo.

Goal: collect 10 calls and 5 reviews and watch the empty lot build itself. That is what a good website does for a business: more calls, more reviews, more customers through the door.

About

A small Orlando studio that builds and ships.

tsKaizen was founded by Anthony Pichardo. The person who answers your quote request is the person who builds your site.

Kaizen means small improvements, made continuously. Our background is operations: making information move without someone carrying it by hand. That has meant building a full operating system for a 300 plus member organization and shipping a tournament platform used live by 30 people at once. Today that work goes into websites for local businesses.

Small on purpose

No account manager and no handoff to a junior after the first email.

Simple over clever

We'd rather ship something that works on Monday than something you need training to use.

Straight answers

If you don't need what you asked for, we'll tell you before you pay for it.

Questions

Common questions.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. The quote form gives us enough to price most sites. If something is unclear, we'll ask by email. If you'd rather talk, you can ask for a call in the form.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the code lives in an account you own, and hosting is under your email.

I already have a website. Can you rebuild it?

Yes. We keep the copy and photos worth keeping, rebuild the rest, and switch over with your email working the whole time.

Can I update the site myself?

Yes. You get a short walkthrough at launch. If you'd rather not, the care plan covers edits.

Do I need the add-ons?

Probably not on day one. Most businesses get the most out of a better website first. We'll tell you if an add-on is worth it for you.

How does payment work?

Half to start and half at launch. Nothing to sign until you say go.
